C.R. council needs new members, priorities

Do we really need a farmers market all year? First, we don't have the money in hand to build. The City Council needs to get its priorities together. Don't all the people who live at the Roosevelt Apartments, Geneva Towers and the Cedar River Apartments need a place to purchase groceries? Most don't have cars and no place to get a food item. Hasn't the City Council ever thought of these people and to get a small grocery store in downtown?
It is time we make a change and get some new Council members and someone with civil engineering knowledge, too.
