C.R. better off without law breakers

The thinking of people who say they will not return to Cedar Rapids because they got caught breaking the law (traffic cameras) still amazes me. I find it hard to believe they get mad because they can't break the laws.
I applaud the City Council for still trying to keep our city safer from accidents, etc. Speed limits and red lights are not suggestions; they are laws to keep order and safety on our roads.
I say, let these people stay in their locales and run red lights and speed and, heaven forbid, have their accidents somewhere else. Then we don't have to worry about meeting them in an intersection. We don't need them here in Cedar Rapids. We have plenty of law-abiding citizens.
