Bubble wrap article not relevant to C.R.

I really would like to commend you on your choice to print an Associated Press article about the 50th anniversary of Bubble Wrap. What? There are many people who are familiar with Sealed Air, the same company that recently closed a productive, profitable plant here in Cedar Rapids.
Don't get me wrong, I am sure that many people around the world will be celebrating the birthday of Bubble Wrap. But choosing to print this article on the front page of your newspaper in a city where many residents were slapped in the face by Sealed Air, is really just another slap. Just because it fits in your layout scheme doesn't mean it should be printed.
