Branstad should consider Amtrak

Should Gov. Terry Branstad consider the possibility of Amtrak across Iowa? Think about it?

First, it would up the speed on the Iowa Interstate Railroad. It would also decrease the vehicle traffic on Interstate Highway 80.

Please, Gov. Branstad, think about it.
