Braley letter means well but falls short

Good intentions gone awry. Rep. Bruce Braley recently sent me a form letter to tell me that his veterans outreach representative would be traveling across northeast Iowa holding meetings to help veterans with any problems with their benefits and government services.
Obviously the letter was sent with good intentions. There were nine meetings listed in the letter occurring over four days, Nov. 12 to 15. However, I received the letter on Nov. 18, three days after the last scheduled meeting.
I think Braley's letter, such as Obamacare, is well intended, but far short on planning and delivery.
