Blame rests with those who commit crime

I have come up with a way to get rich. I will simply author a foolproof test that will determine if the test taker is or is not a sexual predator. I plan to sell this to the government, maybe even the Catholic Church. Logistically, my only real problem will be how to force every living human to take it.
While I work on it, I suggest people try to lay blame on perpetrators, not everyone who has ever come in contact with those who commit crimes.
And, to all the good people who banded together to find Mollie Tibbetts and now to mourn her, bless you.
To the ill-tempered cretin(s) who verbally threatened the life of that predator's employer, the lives of his family, the life of his dog (for God's sake), you deserve to be hauled in front of a jury of your peers. I would like to hear your explanation for holding a relative stranger responsible for the death of a lovely young woman, on the basis of his knowledge of the perp.
In addition, to any politicians who use this sad case to further an anti-immigration agenda, shame on you.
