H.R. 3200 is not about health or care. It is about government deciding who lives, who dies and who gets coverage – for $1.5 trillion.
l It could mandate visits to determine one's “end of life” orders (section 1,233; page 425, lines 17-19; page 427, lines 15-24; page 429, lines 1-25). This is not care. This is euthanasia.
l It pushes government-funded abortions (page 769, lines 3-5; page 770, section 1,714). This is not care. This is murder of the most vulnerable population.
l It could deny full coverage to children under age 15, those with special needs, those over 70 and those with low incomes (page 354, section 1,177; page 420, lines 11-15; page 204, lines 14-15). This is not care. This is systematic eugenics.
l It forces lawful citizens to pay for illegal immigrants (page 50, section 152; page 170, lines 1-3). This is not care of the people. This is a reward for breaking the law.
l It mandates government home visits to give parenting instruction (pages 838-840, 844-845). This is a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
l It hinders insurance market competition (page 22; page 72, lines 8-14; page 124, lines 24-25; page 145, lines 15-17). This is socialism.
There is nothing healthy about H.R. 3200.
