Bikers must also follow rules of the road

I'm just making a quick observation here, but when did the rules of the road change for bicyclists to “I can do whatever I please,” like not stopping for traffic signals and what stop sign and "Oh, am I supposed to share the road, too?“ It's amazing there aren't more accidents and not caused by drivers of cars. Heads up please, bikers!
