Bike paths take priority over road maintenance in Cedar Rapids

Wow! Does the new bicycle path-sidewalk along Edgewood Road south of O Avenue NW look great for the eight or 10 people who may use it.

Wow! Does Edgewood Road from O Avenue NW to Sixteenth Avenue SW ever need help for the thousands who use it daily!

My daughter from Des Moines drove that route last month and asked me it that's the best Cedar Rapids can do … I was without an answer.
