Bible looked more like headstone

The Faith and Life column in the Oct. 4 Gazette read: “Cedar Rapids among the least Bible-minded cities in the nation” and why wouldn't it be when the art work that accompanied the article pictured a Bible that looked more like a headstone in a cemetery than a recently published text of sacred literature.
