Bible defines same-sex actions’ consequences

Brad Wilson wrote (Sept. 15) that “Blanket condemnation of same-sex relationships is an all-too-human theology that has been imposed upon the Bible.” Returning to God's word for a clear and solid answer, condemnation of same-sex relationships is not human theology.
God does not allow, nor tolerate, homosexuality. In Matthew 19: 4-5: “He who made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'.”
In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10: “Do not be deceived: ... nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards ... will inherit the kingdom of God.” That is, those who are unrepentant. Leviticus 20:13: “If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable.”
Since the fall in the Garden of Eden, each one of us wrestles with sin. Yet we are not to excuse any sin. God's Word is our only sure foundation. His Word never changes. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever,” Hebrews 13:8.
