Be thankful for past vaccine wisdom

I've voluntarily received all three of my COVID-19 inoculations, and with all due respect to those who exercise their right not to do so; we should all be thankful that our parents, grandparents and great-grandparents did not assume that posture back in the 50s when smallpox and polio vaccines were readily available to the public.
