Bad president, no matter how you define it

Webster's Dictionary defines 'rail” as to speak bitterly or reproachfully.
Webster's defines 'liar” as a person who declares to another as a fact what he knows to be untrue with the intention to deceive.
Spelled backwards or forwards, those two words define what hopefully will only be a one-term president.
