Avert tragedy: U-turn has no place in traffic

It was a foggy night, the road a little slick. She was trying her best to be careful. All of a sudden, there it was, a semi coming out of the J-turn. No way could he get up to speed in time, and in the fog there was no speed to get up to. Oh, the Department of Transportation had a sign all right. Maybe it was that one with the snow on it, and maybe she saw it. But the young family went head on into the back of the semi. Blood all over the road. Sirens, flashing lights, shock.
Now they're all dead, the little kids too, airlifted to Iowa City but too late. Gone forever before they had a life, and some poor pastor tries to find God's will in it all. I think it's God's will that we avert such a tragedy by using our heads first.
U-turns in traffic are crazy. Don't let this prophecy come true on the road to Springville.
