Anti-gay people in their own closet
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Jan. 20, 2010 11:29 pm
In her Jan. 15 column, “Lights, camera, action,” Susan Estrich reported that the anti-gay forces in California who want to keep same-sex marriage there illegal asked the Supreme Court to halt the planned television of the federal trial of Proposition 8.
It's ironic. Gay people have left the closet to assert their equal rights, but now it's the anti-gay people who are running for a closet of their own. They don't want to be seen in public making their case.
I think it's because in their heart they know what they are doing is hateful and wrong. That is why they are so sheepish about being seen.
