Another thought on the Iowa floods
John Carver
Dec. 29, 2018 5:00 am
Millions of years ago Iowa and a greater part of the earth was under water. Not to worry, no one was hurt. Now we have recurring floods in our state. The Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division 2018 report indicated a flood of $320 million and nearly 83 million gallons of spirits have covered the state.
Best be careful if your out there and can't swim. Take a life preserver if necessary because there can be casualties.
