Annual health exams keep diseases at bay

Don't be fooled by some lame expert on the nightly news. Getting a complete physical and blood exam every year is the first step in making sure you're getting the jump on any illness in your system.
Even though I did just that, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 prostate cancer and because I took radiation treatments right away, it was eliminated.
With all the great medical facilities we have in our Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area, it is unthinkable to not avail yourself of their professional services. Don't trust your health issues to a quack on the evening news!
