America’s system works despite Obama’s actions

If Obama's “evolutionary” support of same-sex marriage and sudden new belief that states have rights (10th Amendment) as to define marriage, then why doesn't he support the ability of states to repeal ObamaCare? Why don't states have the right to dictate immigration laws? Shouldn't states decide the issue of abortion?
Federally, Roe v. Wade exists; however, so does the Defense of Marriage Act. Seems anything Obama disapproves of, the Justice Department sues. Like his budgets and “recovery” - 30 straight months of the highest unemployment rate in 25 years (Bureau of Labor Statistics) - this doesn't add up.
Spending irrespective of debt, he empowers unaccountable czars to “forward” an increasingly unconstitutional agenda while loathing American exceptionalism. He said in a speech in Kansas last year that our relatively free enterprise system not only “doesn't work” - “it has never worked.” Did his oath of office include upholding socialism or the Constitution?
America enjoys unprecedented wealth, having markets stocked with products from around the world, classifying the poor or “99 percent” as people with cars, televisions, cellphones and other luxuries.
So, while “never worked” may describe Obama's constituents, it can hardly be said about our system. What Clinton did for fidelity, Obama is doing for honesty.
Democrats are dead in the water on economics. The Carter Syndrome foreign policy isn't credible. Politicizing that Obama killed Osama didn't work. Divisive identity politics is all they have left.
