American snipers protect, save lives

To the editor:

For those liberals who clearly can't grasp the full story of our American military snipers, go online and watch the Fox news interview of Rob O'Neill, the SEAL team member who killed bin Laden. Fact: President Barack Obama immediately got up in front of the world to announce his authorization for this to take place.

In the Fox interview, O'Neill stated that he was involved in approximately 400 missions, many involving American snipers who cleared their path getting in/out of the mission, checking doors/windows/buildings, i.e. saved numerous American lives and brought home many safe military personnel back to their families.

In one instance, O'Neill was 5 feet from entering a building when he heard a pop, snipers killing a terrorist who was behind a machine gun ready to take him out and his entire squad.

Yet, we have these liberals in Hollywood/radio/TV who make millions of dollars in a free speech/democratic society that are clueless and ignorant that they would likely be delivering newspapers written by the government, living in a tent in North Korea/China/Russia were it not for these American snipers.
