America needs Medicare for All

Our current health care system is a mess. It's fragmented, complex and puts corporate profits before people. At Iowa CCI Action, we believe health care is a human right. We know the only way to fix our broken system is to get profits out of health care. That's why we need Medicare for All.
It's the only path forward that:
Provides the best care and most comprehensive coverage for everyone; eliminates premiums, deductibles and copays; and provides free choice among all providers - no more restrictive networks.
To say that Medicare for All will force rural hospitals to close or cause mi
llions to lose their jobs is simply not true. These are the scare tactics and lies of the for-profit health care industry.
We can create the change we need by organizing and engaging lots of folks all over the country to take on the health care industry.
That's why we endorsed Bernie Sanders for president. He knows we need a people-power movement to win Medicare for All.
