Accusations against Bain don’t make sense

Every time I read some liberal writing how Bain Capital under Mitt Romney loaded up some company with debt and then made money while the company went bankrupt, I know the writer is either a demagogue or is stupid or lying.
There is no bank in the world that allows investors such as Bain to borrow one penny and then get Bain's money out ahead of the bank. Every business person who has ever borrowed money from a bank knows that the bank is the preferred creditor and not one penny of the investor or business borrower is ever allowed to be taken out before the bank gets every dime back.
You Barack Obama supporters reading your talking points alleging that Bain got money out ahead of lenders: Would a bank let you sell your car and get your money before they were paid back if you had a loan on the car? Banks are always the preferred party and never let anyone take money out until they get paid back.
David Axelrod and David Plouffe saying it's so only shows that they are world class demagogues.
