A good solution for tackling the issues

The gullible voters of the USA (Titanic) continue to swallow the every-four-year campaign promises of the presidential candidates. They say anything to get elected and continue to overspend, pillage and dismantle after elected.
“We the People of the USA” (Titanic) can still save the country with a system where everyone has a voice. It is simple. Your driver's license and Social Security number are entered into a voting machine that lists all important issues. This system eliminates a two-party system that has nearly destroyed this country, career politicians, lobbyists, manipulators, deal makers and liars.
Can we afford this system? What's the alternative? More abyss.
