By _________________ (your name)
Going back to school this year was stranger than ever. I was happy to see _________________ (friend's name), but it was weird not being able to _________________ (verb) with them.
My teacher has _________________ (color) hair and looks like a/an _________________ (profession). Hopefully, she doesn't assign lots of _________________ (noun). Maybe she will let us _________________ (verb) in _________________ (month). Or maybe she will bring _________________ (noun) and _________________ (noun) to class and make us _________________ (activity)!
Last school year, I never expected that I would have to _________________ (verb). But here we are! This year will probably be full of surprises, too. At least _________________ (friend's name) will go through it with me.
You know who I wish was in my class? _________________ (famous person's name). He/she is so _________________ (adjective) and would bring lots of _________________ (food item) to class. I bet he/she is really good at _________________ (school subject). I wonder if he/she would think that my _________________ (noun) is as _________________ (adjective) as I do. After all, it can _________________ (verb) faster than a/an _________________ (animal)!
Apparently I am going to learn all about how a/an _________________ (animal) can _________________ (verb) in _________________ (place), whatever that means. I can't wait until _________________ (sport or activity) starts, that's when I'll finally be able to show off my incredible _________________ (verb) skills.
Despite so many things being different this year, at least my school still has _________________ (noun). I don't know what I would do without that!
