Vote for Decorah Middle School

Decorah Middle School is in the running for a $30,000 technology makeover, courtesy of eInstruction.
Seventh and eighth grade students in Janelle Keune's class entered the annual competition by creating a music video touting the benefits of technology in the classroom. Decorah's video is a parody of Coldplay's “Viva La Vida” with lyrics declaring school was a bore before technology.
More than 100 students worked together to make the video and now they need your help.
A panel of judges will determine the winner, but online votes determine 30 percent of the final score. To vote for “Viva Va Vida,” visit http://eimakeover09.shycast.com/submission/show/303.
You can only vote once and you will have to register to vote, but I'd say it's worth it to help an Iowa school win new technology for the classroom.
Voting ends at 11 a.m. on Dec. 4. Winners will be notified Dec. 18.
Good luck Decorah Middle School!
