Two finalists announced for Grant Wood AEA director post

The Grant Wood Area Education Agency (AEA10) Board of Directors has announced their two finalists for the position of chief administrator with the agency.
David VanHorn and Joe Crozier were chosen from a field of 10 applicants to be interviewed this week by focus groups of Grant Wood AEA staff, local school administrators and by the Grant Wood AEA Board.
David VanHorn is currently the Associate Administrator at Green Hills Area Education Agency. He has previously held positions as the Interim Chief Administrator and the Associate Administrator at Green Valley Area Education Agency.
Joe Crozier is currently the Chief Administrator at Great Prairie Area Education Agency. He has previously held positions as the Chief Administrator for Great River Area Education Agency and Southern Prairie Area Education Agency.
Following interviews on Thursday, April 28, and Friday, April 29, the Board will make a final selection on Friday, April 29. The name of the successful candidate will be announced following the Board meeting via area news media, the Grant Wood AEA all staff email listserv, an announcement on the agency staff voice mail system, the front page of the Grant Wood AEA website, and through the agency Twitter site.
