Special education forum planned for Iowa City school election

Candidates in the Iowa City school board election will meet in a forum on special education Aug. 26.

The forum starts at 6 p.m. in Meeting Room A of the Iowa City Public Library, 123 S. Linn St. It is sponsored by Friends of Community Inclusion.

There are nine candidates for three open seats on the school board in the Sept. 10 election.
