The committee searching for Iowa State University's next president will interview candidates later this week in Minneapolis.
The university says the interviews will be held in closed session on Sept. 15 and 16 at the Hilton Minneapolis.
The names of the finalists for the top Iowa State job will be released before they visit campus. The search committee says the names are expected to be released on Monday, Sept. 19.
Open forums for the public to meet the finalists are tentatively scheduled for Sept. 22-23 and Sept. 26-28.
Current Iowa State President Gregory Geoffrey has announced he will retire next year.
