IOWA CITY -- Willard "Sandy" Boyd, Rawlings-Miller Professor of Law and president emeritus of the University of Iowa and The Field Museum of Chicago, will serve as interim director of the UI Museum of Art, effective July 1, UI officials said today.
A search is under way for a permanent director. Pam White had served as interim director of the UI Museum of Art for several years.
