Milk does the body good?

This article in yesterday's Denver Post highlights one of the new debates surrounding the healthy schools initiative -- flavored milk.
When I was in school, chocolate milk was a Friday-only privilege. Every other day of the week we had white milk. It wasn't a big deal to me -- I don't like chocolate milk -- but there were kids in my class who lived for Friday.
Now that flavored milk is an everyday drink in school cafeterias, critics say it's too much. The sugar content of chocolate and strawberry milk offsets the milk's nutritional value. Supporters say a little sugar is better than kids drinking nothing but soda.
