Iowa City High principal to lead Ottumwa High
Iowa City High Principal Mark Hanson has been hired for the same position in Ottumwa.
Hanson will take over as principal of Ottumwa High School on July 1, according to a news release.
“My family is really excited about coming to Ottumwa,” Hanson said in the release. “I look forward to getting started serving the students and families of the district.”
Hanson recently resigned for undisclosed reasons after nine years as City High's principal.
