29 CR Wash students earn All-State Music honors

Performing arts students from the band, orchestra and vocal departments at Cedar Rapids Washington participated in the All-State Music Festival auditions on October 20th at West Delaware High School in Manchester. The 29 Washington students selected this year will perform with their respective groups on November 17th at Hilton Coliseum in Ames.

Orchestra students:

Benjamin Garner-Prouty, Evan Hataway, Anjali Misra, Kiran Misra and Anna Wolle

Band students:

Katharine Benya, Nathan Benya, Elena Burke, Eric Carson, Sarah Coleman, Kate Ernst, Hannah Johnson, Katie Karamitros, Sarah Lodge, Robbie Nesmith, Kellie Walters and Tim Woodhouse

Vocal students:

Ian Butler, Annee Cooper, Nicolas Corbett, Theresa Fuller, Peter Klopfenstein, Kayla Marner, Hunter Moore, Rina Moore, Nick Paoli, Tim Parr, Zachary Weston and Connor Zuber
