At the U.S. Open International Taekwondo Hanmadang in Denver, CO on June 16-17, 2017, Bruce Taekwondo athletes won 24 Gold Medals and had three athletes that won 3 Gold Medals each in outstanding performances for their age brackets.

Simon Young - Gold in Traditional Forms, Team Traditional Forms, Creative Board Breaking, and Silver in Creative Weapons, plus a Bronze in Demo Team.

Cohen Dahlstrom - Gold in Traditional Forms, Team Traditional Forms, Creative Board Breaking, plus a Bronze in Demo Team.

Otto Aarhus - Gold in Creative Board

Breaking, Creative Forms and Spinning Hook Kick, and Bronze in Creative Weapons and Demo Team. This is the second year in a row he has won 3 Gold Medals.
