ISU, UNI men in South Padre Invitational
Iowa State and the University of Northern Iowa will compete in the South Padre Island Invitational, one of men's basketball's elite Thanksgiving tournaments.
The field also includes Providence and Rice.
Each team will play four games, the first two at campus sites and the final two rounds at the South Padre Island Convention Center in South Padre Island, Texas, on Nov. 25-26.
Iowa State will host Northern Colorado and Western Carolina before heading to Texas. The Cyclones' two games in South Padre are against Providence and Rice.
UNI will take on Western Carolina and Northern Colorado in the McLeod Center before playing Rice and Providence in South Padre.
ISU, along with UNI, will play in the South Padre Island Invitational men's basketball tournament.
