The third-ranked Women of Troy remained undefeated with a 78-52 victory at Dubuque Senior.
Dani Craig scored 16 points for West (14-0) and Grace Tafolla netted 14.
C.R. XAVIER 82, WATERLOO EAST 20 - Lizzy Bailey scored 15 for the 11th-ranked (4A) Saints (11-5) in a big win at Waterloo East. Erin Drahozal chipped in 13 points and McKenna Andersen added 10 along with six rebounds and two assists.
Xavier committed only eight turnovers and forced 29 from East.
C.R. PRAIRIE 57, WATERLOO WEST 49 - Makenzie Stoffer led Prairie (2-12, 2-8 MVC) with 18 points in Waterloo. Emilie Rotter added 14 points for the Hawks.
Aliyah Robinson had 20 points and Tahya Campbell added 18 points for West.
MARION 66, SOUTH TAMA 44 - Chloe Rice led all scorers with 27 points and hit 12 of 14 free throws in the 15th-ranked (4A) Indians win at Tama. Caitlyn Smith added 13 points for Marion (12-4, 7-2 WaMaC West).
IOWA CITY HIGH 53, DUBUQUE HEMPSTEAD 50 - Ashley Joens led all scorers with 18 points for No. 9 City High at home. Sam Blowers added 13 points for the Little Hawks.
Gabbrielle Riley had 17 points and Jessica Brown added 12 points for Hempstead.
DUBUQUE WAHLERT 34, LINN-MAR 33 - Wahlert upset the Lions last night in Marion. The loss was the fourth straight for Linn-Mar (10-5), which fell out the rankings earlier this week.
Wahlert improved to 6-9.
Linn-Mar was led in scoring by Olivia Montague and Amanda Ollinger, each with eight points.
MAQUOKETA VALLEY 55, CVC 13 - Brianna Mensen scored 14 points as Maquoketa Valley defeated Cedar Valley Christian in Delhi. Maggie Cach had six points and pulled down five rebounds to lead the Huskies.
