Wamac releases volleyball teams

Led by unanimous selections Carlee Ketchum and Kristen Wegmann, West Delaware landed four first-team selections on the Wamac Conference East Division volleyball team, released by the conference Monday.

Bridget Hoffmann and Haley Lyness also were named to the first team.

Marion and Center Point-Urbana both had three first-teamers in the West Division. Marion's Isabella Sade was a unanimous pick and was joined by teammates Olivia Frazier and Caitlyn Smith.

Abbey Weideman, Haley Weideman (both unanimous) and Arika Wooldridge represented CPU on the first unit.

West Delaware and Marion won their respective divisions. Brett Mather of West Delaware and Roxanne Paulsen of Marion are divisional coaches of the year.
