Regina buried 10 3-pointers and rolled the Panthers, 59-33, in Monticello.
Kennedy Wallace had seven 3-pointers and 25 points to lead Regina (5-2).
4A No. 1 Marion 72, Benton Community 14
The top-ranked Indians led 54-2 over the Bobcats at halftime.
Benton Community (1-6) made just three baskets. Chloe Rice led Marion with 13 points.
Cedar Rapids Kennedy 64, Dubuque Senior 33
Up by five at halftime, the Cougars took the third quarter, 18-8, in Cedar Rapids.
Hailey Dolphin had 15 points and Auddie Alepra added 10 points for Kennedy (3-3).
Cedar Valley Christian 53, Calamus-Wheatland 48 (OT)
Cedar Valley Christian dominated the overtime period, 12-7, in Wheatland.
Molly Hembera led CVC (4-2) with 23 points.
Cedar Rapids Jefferson 77, Waterloo East 58
Erica Oler had 21 points and Jenna Griffith added 18 points as the J-Hawks won big in Cedar Rapids.

Caitlynn Daniels and Libby Arnold each scored 17 points as Xavier won in Waterloo.
Cedar Rapids Washington 87, Dubuque Hempstead 82 (2OT)
The Warriors won the second overtime period, 13-8, in Dubuque.
Isa Truemper hit 8 of 11 free throws and had 24 points, and Sammy Mia hit 9 of 10 at the foul line and had 20 points for Washington (4-3).
5A No. 3 Iowa City High 53, 5A No. 2 Iowa City West 40
Welcome to No. 1, Little Hawks.
Paige Rocca ignited a fourth-quarter surge with back-to-back 3-point baskets, then Ashley Joens carried Class 5A third-rated Iowa City High home in a 53-40 non-conference girls' basketball win over No. 2 Iowa City West on Tuesday at City High.
Tuesday's win came four days after the Little Hawks vanquished current No. 1 Cedar Falls on the road.

AJ Green had 29 points for host Cedar Falls (3-1).

In Cedar Rapids, Waterloo West handed the top-ranked Saints their first loss of the season.
Matthew Mims had 12 points for Xavier (3-1).

Spencer Touro scored 23 points and Koal Marshall added 14 as the Bobcats won in Van Horne.
Chase Zielke led Marion (2-3) with 23 points.
Waterloo East 77, Cedar Rapids Jefferson 68
Waterloo East led by three points going into the final quarter in Waterloo.
Willie Guy III had 20 points to lead Jefferson (1-3).

The Lions jumped out to a 13-4 lead after one quarter in Marion.
Nolan Ruff scored 16 points and Trey Hutcheson had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Linn-Mar (3-1).

Calamus-Wheatland (4-2) led 50-17 at halftime.
Cole Telecky had 14 points to lead CVC (1-4).
