Jefferson, Prairie lead with four first-team all-Metro baseball selections

Cedar Rapids Jefferson and Cedar Rapids Prairie claimed more first-team all-Metro honors than any other team.
The J-Hawks and Hawks had four first-team selections on the all-Metro baseball teams released Thursday.
Jefferson's Spencer Van Scoyoc, Manny Olutunde, Caleb Stekl and Tyler Roeder were named to the first team.
Prairie's Tyler Nunemaker, Cal Clark, Cooper Reittinger and Darren Kilpatrick made the first team. Todd Rima and his staff nabbed Coach of the Year honors.
Cedar Rapids Kennedy and Marion had two first-team picks apiece.
Catcher Matt Berst and Tyler Dralle made it for the Cougars. Maverick Miller and Brady Donohue were first-teamers for Marion.
Cedar Rapids Washington's Brady Bunten, Cedar Rapids Xavier's Sean Murphy and Linn-Mar's Manny Jeffery received first-team accolades.
