Iowa high school baseball district, substate brackets: 1A, 2A
The road to Principal Park is set for prep baseball teams in Iowa's smaller two classes.
The IHSAA released district and substate pairings Wednesday for Classes 1A and 2A.
Most 1A teams begin district play Tuesday, July 11 with a few play-in games Saturday, July 8. Class 2A district quarterfinals are July 8, with the semifinals set for July 11.
District finals in both classes are Saturday, July 15 and substate finals follow on Tuesday, July 18. Substate winners advance to the state tournament at Principal Park in Des Moines, which is July 21-29.
