GIRLS
5A No. 7 Cedar Rapids Kennedy 64, 5A No. 15 Cedar Rapids Washington 58
Lela Sellers led all scorers with 20 points as No. 7 Cedar Rapids Kennedy defeated No. 15 Cedar Rapids Washington, 64-58, at home.
Sydney Hayden finished with 13 points while Hailey Dolphin had 12 points and Ashley Hamilton added 11 points for Kennedy (16-3, 9-2 MVC).
Anne Visser led Washington (12-7, 6-5) with 14 points, including three 3-pointers while Joniqua Clark scored 12 points and Jayla Pledge-Johnson had 11 points.
5A No. 12 Iowa City West 65, Cedar Rapids Jefferson 56
Maddie Huinker led all players with 22 points as the 12th-ranked Women of Troy beat the J-Hawks in Iowa City.
Lauren Zacharias finished the game with 14 points for Iowa City West (13-6, 8-3 MVC).
Kylie Wise and Kennedy Dighton each led Jefferson (8-11, 6-5 MVC) with 15 points and Dighton pulled down seven boards.
Waterloo West 45, Cedar Rapids Xavier 42
Defense played a big role for the Wahawks as they held Cedar Rapids Xavier to zero 3-pointers in Cedar Rapids.
Na'Tracia Caesar led Waterloo West (6-11, 4-7 MVC) with 11 points and Aleah Cook finished the night with 10 points, including two 3-pointers.
McKenna Andersen led all players with 15 points and five steals while Lexi Noonan scored 12 points for Xavier (8-11, 4-7).
Cedar Rapids Prairie 70, Dubuque Senior 27
The Hawks used a balanced offensive attack to storm past the Rams at home, building a 49-6 halftime lead and forcing 25 turnovers in the game.
Olivia Usher led Prairie (10-9, 4-7 MVC) with 11 points and four assists, Halle Person chipped in 10 and Tarryn Shreeves and Makenzie Stoffer finished with nine points apiece.
2A No. 2 Iowa City Regina 65, 3A No. 14 Camanche 33
Regina remained undefeated with a victory over Camanche in Iowa City.
Mary Crompton had 19 points and Sarah Lehman added 14 for Regina. Cammy Verducci added 11 points. Regina had 10 3-pointers in the win, led by Crompton, with four.
BOYS
Cedar Rapids Washington 58, Cedar Rapids Kennedy 42
The Warriors won on the road night at Kennedy. Keion Wills led Washington with 16 points.
Drake Brewster scored 10 to pace Kennedy.

Jacob Manderscheid led all scorers with 16 points as the Indians beat South Tama at home. Noah Walter added 10 points for Marion (8-10, 6-6 Wamac).
Wade Brown led South Tama (4-14, 1-11) with eight points.

Mitchell Berger scored 27 to pace Xavier in a loss at Waterloo.
Jackson Joens added 16 points and Ryan Stulken and Max Techau scored 14 apiece.
