Bohannon bombs from three leads Linn-Mar to win: Boys Prep Basketball Roundup

Jordan Bohannon drilled four 3-pointers en route to a game-high 18 points as Class 4A eighth-ranked Linn-Mar downed Waterloo East, 65-40, in a Mississippi Valley Conference boys' basketball win last night in Marion.
Bohannon also pulled down eight rebounds and dished out four assists for the Lions (16-4).
Lane Halupnik added 14 points and Beau Klostermann chipped in with 11 for Linn-Mar.
Teion Sales paced the Waterloo East (2-18) offense with 10 points.
C.R. WASHINGTON 82, DUBUQUE WAHLERT 79 - Jared Printy scored 24 points and Maurice Arrington and Keegan Moore each added 13 to help the Warriors edge Wahlert in Dubuque.
Moore pulled down 12 of Washington's 43 rebounds and Hunter Straight led the team with six assists. The Golden Eagles were led by Cordell Pensl with 25 points.
C.R KENNEDY 69, WATERLOO WEST 63 - The Class 4A 10th-ranked Cougars (15-5), powered by 20 points apiece from Cole Murdock and Brendon Manning, won at home.
Kennedy drained 10 treys in the game, five of them Murdock.
The Cougars will finish their regular-season schedule Thursday night at City High.
DEWITT CENTRAL 47, MARION 22 - Logan Sheppard scored a game-high 11 points for DeWitt Central at home.
Max Steffens scored nine points for the Sabers (10-11), while Lucas Daniels had eight.
Devin Quinn led Marion (14-7) with seven points.
C.R. XAVIER 62, CEDAR FALLS 57 - Mitchell Burger scored a game-high 22 points for the Saints and Adam McDermott added 19 points and led the team in rebounds and assists with five apiece.
