CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Iowa's players were thrilled following their 75-64 win against Virginia in an NIT quarterfinal tonight.
It's understandable. The Hawkeyes (24-12) now will head to New York to face Maryland in an NIT semifinal next Tuesday (8 p.m. ESPN2). The winner of that game plays winner of Baylor-BYU on April 4.
