Utah's Boylen the next hot rumor; Barbee now at Auburn?

Utah Coach Jim Boylen has become the latest coach mentioned during Iowa's ongoing men's basketball coaching search. Boylen led the Utes to the Mountain West Conference title last year before struggling to a 14-17 record this year.

The Salt Lake Tribune contacted Boylen, who didn't discuss the opening. Boylen is a former Michigan State assistant coach.

reports UTEP Coach Tony Barbee has accepted the Auburn job. Barbee was a fan favorite for the Iowa position.
