Tickets on sale Wednesday for Iowa-Creighton basketball

Tickets to the Dale Howard Classic men's basketball game  go on sale to the general public Wednesday. The Dale Howard Classic pits Iowa against Creighton on Nov. 20 at 3 p.m. at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

Fans can purchase tickets in a number of convenient ways:

•  Wells Fargo Arena Ticket Office:  Hours are M-F 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Sat 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The ticket office is also open extended hours when there are events.

This will be the first meeting between the two schools since Iowa defeated Creighton, 69-56, in the first round of the 2001 NCAA tournament in Long Island, N.Y.
