The watch list calendar

This should help take some of the drama ("drama") out of the preseason watch lists.
Here's a calendar for the release of the watch list for every major CFB award out there. (I don't think this includes that new Pony Express thingie, which is for what, taking money?)
Plus, it gives me a reason to run these photos.

• Maxwell Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding all-around player by the Maxwell Football Club)
• Bednarik Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding defensive player by the Maxwell Football Club)

• Jim Thorpe Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding defensive back by the Jim Thorpe Association)
Tues., July 12
• Rotary Lombardi Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding lineman by the Rotary Club of Houston)
Wed., July 13
• Rimington Trophy (Presented to the nation's most outstanding center by the Boomer Esiason Foundation)
Thurs., July 14
• Butkus Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding linebacker by the Butkus Foundation)
Fri., July 15
• Davey O'Brien Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding quarterback by the Davey O'Brien Foundation)
• Doak Walker Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding running back by the PwC SMU Athletic Forum).
Mon., July 18
• Walter Camp Award (Presented to the nation's most outstanding defensive player by the Walter Camp Football Foundation)
Sadly, we don't have a Dallas Clark/Mackey Award picture, so the TD catch against Purdue in 2002 will have to suffice. (Pretty good haul of metal during the Kirk Ferentz era, BTW.)
And, yes, I blanked on the 2002 Davey O'Brien winner. You know him better as Brad Banks.
