Phil Steele says Oklahoma is the 5th-best pick to win out of 35 bowls

Confidence pools are all the rage before bowl season begins. Which, come to think of it, is today. Does everyone have Famous Idaho Potato Bowl parties to attend?
Phil Steele of Phil Steele's College Football Yearbook fame has a pool of his own. On Friday, he offered his picks.
His 35-point selection is Mississippi State over Wake Forest in the Music City. That's my 32-point pick. His 34-point pick is Boise State over Arizona State in the Las Vegas Bowl. That's my 35-point pick.
Phil's 33-point pick is TCU over Louisiana Tech in the Poinsettia Bowl. That's my 34-point pick. His 32-point pick is Auburn over Virginia in the Chick-fil-A Bowl. That's my 17-point pick.
At 31 points, Phil takes Oklahoma over Iowa in the Insight Bowl. That's confidence. OU over Iowa was my 20-point pick, and that may be too high. Nothing I've heard or read indicates the Sooners are going to Tempe with hunger or passion.
Steele has Rutgers beating Iowa State in the Pinstripe Bowl, but only for 6 points.
Are you in one of these pools? If so, what's your top five? Where did you have the winner of the Oklahoma-Iowa game?
