'On Iowa Live,' Capones, tonight

Please join us for "On Iowa Live."

It'll be sort of like an "On Iowa" podcast except Gazette sports columnist Mike Hlas will be there and so will KCRG sports director John Campbell and it's a TV show and not a podcast and it'll be held live at Capones in Cedar Rapids.

Other than that, it's exactly like an "On Iowa" podcast.

You can watch on 9.2, which is becoming a local sports channel of renown. The show starts at 6:30 and ends 7:30, dodging the monolith that is Monday Nigh Football.

Shooting for converastion and not soliloquies. The idea is to recreate some of the conversations we've had in the car during long rides through Big Ten country over the last decade.

Hopefully, it works.
