NCAA Wrestling Championships Fantasy Pool

This is the REAL March Madness. Forget that basketball junk. Anyone can pick basketball winners in a field of 64 (65 with basketball's version of a pigtail match). Try picking 10 champions in a sport where the slightest slip up sends your choice into the losers' bracket.

Click on the link below and participate in GazetteOnline's 2010 NCAA Wrestling Championships pool, based off the NCAA Division I Championships March 18-20 at Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. The top three point totals will various prizes from Gazette Communications.

Click on the link and fill out the survey. You need to choose one wrestler from the top 10 seeds for each weight. Points will be awarded for placement points the wrestler earns during the tournament (1st - 16, 2nd - 12, 3rd - 10, 4th - 9, 5th - 7, 6th- 6, 7th - 4, 8th 3). If there is a tie for total placement points, tiebreakers will be based on the number of bonus points accumulated through the 2010 tournament by the entire roster.

Points will be calculated at the end of the tournament with winners notified sometime next week. Have fun and good luck.
