NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships

The brackets have been released for the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships set for March 18-20 at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. The top-ranked University of Iowa Hawkeyes qualified all 10 wrestlers and will attempt to win their third straight NCAA team title.
Here are the opening matches for each Hawkeye:
Matt McDonough (125): He earned the #3 seed behind Indiana's Angel Escobedo and Cornell's Troy Nickerson. He'll face the winner of a pigtail match between Edinboro's Eric Morrill and Oregon State's Jason Lara.
Daniel Dennis (133): He claimed the #2 seed with the top seed going to Minnesota's Jayson Ness. He'll face Buffalo's Kevin Smith (27-11)
Montell Marion (141): He is the sixth seed. Marion's first opponent is Air Force's Cole VonOhlen (23-5)
Brent Metcalf (149): He is the second seed with Ohio State's Lance Palmer getting the #1 seed. Metcalf will wrestle UNI's Trent Washington (15-3) in their first match.
Jake Kerr (157): He is the only unseeded Hawkeye. He drew Arizona State's Trejovan Edwards (14-11) first.
Ryan Morningstar (165): He was listed in the bracket. He is the #7 seed and will wrestle West Virginia's Donald Jones (20-10) in the first round.
Jay Borschel (174): One of two undefeated Hawkeyes, Borschel earned the #2 seed behind Cornell's Mack Lewnes. Borschel's first bout is against Penn's Scott Griffin (23-5).
Phil Keddy (184): He is the ninth seed. Keddy faces Michael Salopek (23-7) of Virginia to open the tournament.
Chad Beatty (197): He captured the #9 seed as well. He opens against Oklahoma State's Alan Gelogaev (25-7).
Dan Erekson (Hwt): The other undefated Hawkeye. He earned the #5 seed. He'll face Oregon State's Clayton Jack (34-9).
