Marvin McNutt breaks Iowa TD reception mark
IOWA CITY - Marvin McNutt became Iowa's career leader in touchdown receptions when he caught an 80-yard scoring pass against Indiana on Saturday.
It was the 22nd TD catch for the Iowa senior, who had been tied with Tim Dwight and Danan Hughes.
McNutt was left wide open in the right flat when two Indiana defenders collided late in the first quarter, and he sprinted untouched down the sideline after catching a pass from James Vandenberg.
