Lickliter: Anthony Tucker will travel to Ohio State

Iowa sophomore guard Anthony Tucker will travel with the team this week to Ohio State but his playing status is undetermined, Iowa Coach Todd Lickliter said this morning.

"Anthony is going to travel with us,” Lickliter said. "Now we haven't decided on what that means as far as availability, but that's the next step for him to start travelling. It's a weekend game so he doesn't miss any class. It makes sense.

"He's been doing everything he's supposed to do. I hope we're making progress."

Tucker was suspended Dec. 20 after his second alcohol-related arrest at Iowa. He returned to practice on Jan. 25 but has not dressed for any of the games. He started all 11 games before his arrest and scored 11.9 points a game, second-best on the team.
